RETURN POLICY

*All returns and exchanges are to be processed within 7 business days from the date of purchased and date of received for online orders.  Refunds will be issued as an in store credit. All items must be in new condition with tags attached. You must present your receipt to even qualify for a return or exchange. Merchandise that is clearance, door-busters, intimates and jewelry are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. Online orders  will be issued in store credit via e-gift card. Once we review and accept your return, you will be emailed the e-gift. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return.

*Personalized Merchandise: Due to the personalized nature of our services, all sales are final. We encourage you to review you order and be certain that you have given correct instructions for your item; monogram (first, last, middle), garment size, font choice, font color. Once your order has been placed, we cannot guarantee any changes. In the event that the mistake is on our part, we will replace your item and incur any shipping charges.
